ALMA HOUSE
For our latest venture, we worked with the Council and local residents to achieve a project that would benefit the whole community. As part of this, we agreed to use part of our land to widen the footpath in the high street. Works to convert this unloved pup into a high standard co-living scheme for local professionals are scheduled to complete in March 2022.
DUNCAN ROAD
This property was a run down shop that had been in the market for over a year with no buyers. It has now converted into a High Specification Co-Living Home, with all the latest technology and mod cons.
